The 100% Cannonau grapes are grown in the Li Crineddi vineyard in Loiri and the Juanne Chijìna vineyard in Berchiddeddu, at elevations ranging from 70 to 220 meters above sea level. These vineyards are situated on granitic weathered soil and are characterized by significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, which enhance the wine’s aromas and quality. Chijìna introduces Cannonau with a modern, regional twist.
