Vinification: The carefully selected grapes are processed as soon as they are harvested. Once in the cellar, they are de-stemmed and then gently pressed. The must obtained is transferred to refrigerated fermentation vats where the first clarification is carried out, at the end of fermentation the wine is decanted into steel vats waiting for bottling. All processes take place at a controlled temperature to maximize quality.

Aging: In steel tanks for 7-8 months, followed by further aging in the bottle for 12-18 months before being released to the market.

Characteristics: The wine has an intense straw-yellow with golden highlights. The aromatic profile is floral, with notes of wilted rose, ripe fruit, and golden apple. A briny undertone supports the rich and full aromatic profile. On the palate, it reveals a pleasant balance between alcohol and freshness. It extends with great elegance and length, evoking the ancient characteristics of Vermentino di Gallura.

Pairings: A wine for the entire meal, pairing well with structured fish dishes and aged cheeses.
